This is a sugarcane processed coffee from Colombia. Sugarcane, also known as the Ethyl Acetate (EA) process, is a natural method for removing caffeine from coffee using a solvent derived from fermented sugarcane molasses, resulting in a sweeter, less chemically-treated flavor profile than traditional decafs, preserving more original coffee characteristics. Best as pourover, batch brew, or espresso.
