Green beans with less acidity are used so as to bring out more sweetness, reduce bitterness, and avoid the sourness found in other specialty blends. A sweet, smooth, mellow espresso with plenty of body and a balanced, lingering finish. Tons of crema that can last for more than 20 minutes if left undisturbed. Balances perfectly with the sweetness of steamed milk.
